Its been a long time since I have wanted to post!! Well here I am! Thanks to butterfly pea tea and holy tulsi for your support!! I have a bright and optimistic future!! My new garden is coming along and i wanted to share my favourite herb, Holy Basil Tulsi one of the most revered herbs in the world!! It is an acquired taste but the benefits are amazing!! It helps with anxiety and depression amongst a lot of other magical qualities! I have a regular supply here in Cooktown QLD full organic! $10 bunch.

Me and Shawn lacto-ferment weekly using the highest quality herbs with the most positive health and wellbeing outcomes. Our aim is to produce a yummy probiotics to support our digestive system. Similar to an apple cider vinegar, except ours is delicious and tasty.
