Delighted to share that one of my small works, Vestige, has been selected as one of 's Staff Picks this week.

Named after a trace or remnant left behind, Vestige carries warmth and history through its layered umber and burnt earth tones, built up slowly like the memory of rich leather worn soft over time.

Artists talk about the messy middle - the moment between when the work has started to find its shape, where you are falling in love with the direction and too scared to touch it.

Aes was that piece where the background layers emerged with such a presence that it was tempting to stop there for fear of losing the magic.

I risked it – and over a series of sessions, this warm, atmospheric piece was complete.

Am so glad I pushed through as I learned so much in the process and the resulting work has such depth and warmth – it radiates.

The title aes, the Latin word for bronze, copper or metal, felt like the natural choice.

Part of an emerging body of work, Aes is a 81cm × 107cm acrylic on canvas, finished with a walnut timber float frame.

SOLD – Inspired by the Latin word for “golden” or “gilded”, Aureum became a study in warmth, atmosphere and the way light can transform a space.

I’m delighted that this piece has now found its home and grateful to the collector who connected with it.

New release - I don’t often paint with blues as I am drawn to warmer tones however I loved the challenges of bringing warmth to this gorgeous shade in my new atmospheric series.

This work evolved over many layers and has this beautiful sense of peace and serenity.

The title comes from the Latin word caligo, meaning mist, darkness or obscurity The rich umber, soft blue tones create depth against the soft whites, sienna and midnight blue accents which bring movement and contrast across the surface. Part of an emerging body of work, Caligo is a 95cm × 95cm acrylic on canvas.

SOLD – Unbound Terrain was created as a reflection on the freedom that comes from letting go. Inspired by the grounding tones of the Australian landscape, it explores resilience, renewal and the confidence found in moving forward.

I was lucky enough to hand deliver this work and having seen it in the space, I know it is exactly where it is meant to be.

It could not have landed in the hands of a more deserving collector at a time when some light was needed.

Unbound Terrain has now found its new home. I hope it brings the energy from which it was inspired for many years to come.

Brushy Hill is named after a quiet street in north-western Sydney.

Earthy greens, warm ochres and soft neutrals reflect the changing colours of eucalypts, bottlebrush, wattle and the winding creek below, capturing the familiar beauty of the bush through an abstract lens.

Rich texture and expressive movement bring warmth and depth to the surface, while the earthy greens, ochres and soft neutrals make it feel grounded and connected to nature.

One of my favourite things about this piece is the energy and movement that has been captured in the moment.

Like water in flow, you can see up close how the paint has been joyfully applied to canvas.

This piece works beautifully when trying to bring the outside in and create cohesion between the interior and exterior spaces.

Part of the Cascade collection, Continuum is inspired by the colours, patterns and movement seen in the Australian landscape.

Ebullience is a piece that instantly lifts your mood. Its name comes from the feeling of being full of life and optimism, which really shaped the way this work evolved. The soft neutrals, earthy taupes and charcoal, contrasted with salmon gum tones make it an easy piece to appreciate.

The taller format gives it a beautiful presence in an entryway, living space or anywhere that a little extra height is needed.

It has been styled in architectural homes with black windows and accents and brings a softness and harmony to those spaces.
