Cromwell Studios is not-for-profit, artist-run studio collective located on the second floor of a light-filled warehouse. We have a number of beautiful studios, individual desks and hot desks available for artists, freelancers, writers, designers or small businesses looking for an affordable space in the heart of the Collingwood arts precinct. There is 24 hour access and we have a nice big heater

which will keep things toasty as the winter months roll on. Anyone renting a studio or desk has access to our massive communal space, complete with ping-pong table, lounge area and lots of table space for lunch and meetings. Meetings and small (non-profit) events can also be held in the communal space - free - for in-house studio members. Large, lockable studios: $470 - $550 a month, inc bllls
Very large lockable studio: $800 a month, inc bills. Medium, non-lockable spaces: $300 - $330 a month, inc bills. Permanent desk space: (belongings can be left): $180 a month, inc bills. Hot desk (no belongings left in the studio): $100 a month. Current tenants include:

We often have studios and desk spaces available, as well as hot-desk options for practitioners on the go.
