New reissue tweed cases for my Gretsch babies. After years of cases taking the knocks, (including flipping the station wagon onto its roof and then back on its wheels and smashing into a ditch after a blowout on the deadly Hume, the case was wrecked but the only damage on my ‘65 Tennessean was a bent bottom strap pin) I now arrive at gigs daggily neat. Barb waters trio on at 5pm today Women’s Refuge Center fundraiser at the Lomond Hotel. I’ll be the one with brand new stickerless cases.

Heaps of laughs, heaps of tears, sometimes at the same time. is amazeballs in this fantastic play. Good for the soul, even if it hurts.
