Cobram Fire Brigade - CFA mural update.

The mural painting had to be delayed due to the cold and wet weather conditions.

With the arrival of Spring, and better weather on the way, Tim Bowtell will soon be here to create another amazing artwork for Cobram!

Here is some pictures from the Katamatite Kindergarten with the unveiling of the Mosaic Poles!

Students from Katamatite Kindergarten & Katamatite Primary School attended workshops with parents, friends and community members to create the pictures on the poles, led by mosaic artist Sharon Evans.

Arts For All were very happy to support this project and so pleased to see the joy it brings to Katamatite!

Thanks again to Sharon Evans, Roger Dowsett - The Digger Man, Jac Monk and the Katamatite and Cobram communities for assisting in this project.

Our Katamatite Kindergarten mosaic project is complete!

The big reveal is this Wednesday and the community is invited.

Thank you to all who came along to the workshops and crafted the pictures for the poles, Sharon Evans for her amazing instruction & coordination, and Roger Dowsett - The Digger Man for the installation.

Congratulations to Cobram Community House Inc - RTO code 3708 on their fabulous Wellness Day! Huge crowd, interesting speakers, great demonstrations & a delicious lunch.

We love being a part of this day, and as always, our art tables were very busy. Lots of lovely bracelets, pens and painted bowls. Well done to all! 👏👏👏

Great opportunity to get your photos out there!

The photography competition for the 2027 Naturally Nicholls Calendar is now open.
The top three entries will to receive a $200 gift card, a $100 gift card and a $50 gift card.
Federal Member for Nicholls Sam Birrell said he was looking forward to seeing an outstanding collection of photographs from across the region.
"Naturally Nicholls is about the landscapes, communities and industries that make our region unique. Think the Murray River, the grain silos, our main streets, local sports grounds, natural landscapes and the moments that say Nicholls to you," he said.
Free copies of the calendar will be distributed across the electorate via local newspapers in November.

We are often asked if there are any children's art workshops around Cobram. Goulburn Valley Libraries run a number of fun workshops over the school holidays. This also just popped up from Bright Sparks Tutoring Barooga.
