Cobden Miniature Railway Park

Cobden Miniature Railway Park Miniature Railway, playground, BBQ and picnic facilities, disabled parking and toilets. Cobden Miniature Railway Park opened in June 1994.

The railway is open on the 3rd Sunday of each month and every Sunday during school holidays except between Christmas and New Year. The railway is run by the South Western Model Engineers Inc. The park provides miniature train rides, children's playground, picnic and barbecue facilities. Total track length is approximately 1.3km and includes an under and over pass, trestle bridge, two tunnels a lake and the Old Cobden railway station.

Today Cobden Miniature Railway members donated a $1000 to the Rodney Grove Pool fundraiser account. A cheque was handed to the Chairperson & Committee members of the fund-raising Committe.

Cobden Miniature Railway is closed for a couple of weeks. We will be open again on Sunday 21st June from 11am to 4pm. $3 train rides. Canteen will be open selling hot and cold food and drinks.

Spend the afternoon in Cobden today, where you can enjoy miniature train rides and participate in a friendly mini golf competition. Take a break to enjoy a Devonshire Tea at the railway.
ALL proceeds from today's event will be contributed to the Rodney Grove Heated Pool Fund.

Reminder that we are open on Sunday 31st May in support of the Rodney Grove Heated Pool fund-raiser. All monies raised from train rides and Devonshire teas donated to this great cause.

Come on down to Cobden on Sunday May 31 to support the local community to pay for repairs to our indoor heated pool. Cobden Mini Golf Course and Cobden Miniature Railway Park are donating all proceeds from this day to the cause.

The Friends of Rodney Grove Pool Fund Raising Committee are having a fundraising event on the 31st May from 1pm to 3.30pm at the Cobden Rotary Mini Golf course and Cobden Miniature Railway Park. They look forward to having many community groups and individuals come along to enjoy the day and support the appeal. Thanks to generous donations there will be many prizes available on the day.
So make up a team for the Mini Golf, have a train ride and have lots of fun on the day!
The Railway group is also putting on a special Devonshire Afternoon Tea. FORG would like to sincerely thank the Railway Group and Cobden Mini Golf for their support.
