To Our Amazing MedRevue Community,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s production of Monash Medrevue. Unfortunately due to scheduling difficulties with venues, the 2021 committee, cast and crew have decided that at this time we are unable to move forward with our plans to reschedule our production.

As we were so close to bringing you our show, it was complete and ready for audiences. The 2021 Creative Directors Jess and Ruby would like to thank every single person involved in the show. From those involved in writing the script, our brilliant cast who gave 110% all year, our magnificent band, our talented dance team, the wonderful tech crew and of course, the dedicated committee members who ensured our show would be the best yet! From the bottom of our hearts we are so grateful for your time and hard work all year - it was a true pleasure to be your directors

To Our Friends, Families & Wonderful Community,

We are disappointed to share that we have to postpone our 2021 Medtatouille production due to the current lockdown situation in Melbourne. We had hoped we would be able to bring you our magnificent production live with full audiences at the end of August, but this will be impossible with restrictions.

Hopefully we will be able to share new show dates with you all soon. Please like the event page to remain updated. Any tickets already sold will remain valid. Once show dates are confirmed, refund options will be available for those who cannot attend the new times.

We look forward to sharing our production with you, safely, when theatre capacities will allow all our friends, family, past Medrevue team and loved ones to attend. Until then, the entire cast, crew and committee thank you all for your support, kind wishes and excitement about the show!

As always, the show must go on!

✨ Some FAQs about auditions ✨

1. Do I have to stay from 6-10pm?

No absolutely not! Each individual audition will take 15-20 mins. You can rock up from 6pm to the assigned rooms and we will see you there! You can leave after your audition.

2. Do I have to come to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday session?

Nope! Only one audition is required.

3. I'm not a singer...how do I know which characters have singing roles?

We can discuss this with you more at your audition. Just pick your favourite character script from the drive and we can go from there!

4. Can I audition for more than one character?

Ideally prepare just the one script for us to read with you. We might ask you to read other characters also! Not every character in the show has been used for audition segments so there are many other roles available too! We just want to get to know you :)

5. Where is this again?

🎭 AUDITIONS ARE FINALLY HERE! 🎭

The time has come! 🥳 We are excited to announce that our auditions will be next Monday-Wednesday (12-14 April) evenings. Come anytime between the windows of 6-10pm! Scenes & the all important show theme will be released in the next few days so keep your eyes on the page 👀 for more!

When? 12th-14th April
What time? 6pm-10pm
Where? 19 Ancora Imparo Way (LTB) Rooms 233, 235, 236

What to bring? Just your lovely self! We will be releasing some scenes in the next few days that we will ask you to perform so stay tuned! We will also have print-outs of these on the day 😄 If you would like a singing role please prepare a piece to perform a few bars of also (accompaniment not required!).
