Introducing Sandy Rustin, writer of ‘The Cottage’.
Sandy is an actress, teacher, writer for stage and screen, voiceover actress, and speaker. She is one of the most produced playwrights in America. She wrote plays such as 'Clue', 'The Suffragette's Murder', and of course, 'The Cottage'.
She has also written musicals such as 'Always Something' There, 'Mystic Pizza’, and the upcoming ‘Loch Ness’.
'The Cottage' was a smashing success upon its debut, no doubt helped by the fact that it was directed by Jason Alexander. Described as "high brow British humour with women in control," the play stems from Sandy's love for Noël Coward plays, in which she performed at college.
Sandy is married with two children and resides in New Jersey.
