Calling all artists - The Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb Art Prize is on again and this year we have an exciting new category in honour of our special guest judge, Mr Luo Zhiqi. Mr Luo is a ceramic artist from Foshan, China, and is collaborating with South Australian artists in preparation for an exhibition as part of the Festival.

Artists are invited to submit work in the following categories.
Visual Art - Sheep as subject.
Ceramics/sculpture - Sheep as subject
Wool as medium.

Delivery of work by 21/09/26
Opening event 26/09/26
Close of exhibition and collection of unsold works 12/10/26

Arts Collective Clare Valley love to support and celebrate young artists. Please join us for prize presentations next Sunday 31st May at 2pm or make sure to visit the exhibition while it is on. There are some fabulous young creative people in our community.

Clare Town Hall ready to be filled with art!
Thanks to the incredible team from the Clare Rotary and Lion's clubs who made speedy work of setting up the infrastructure and to the artists who came and hung their work. With over 50 artists, 4 local schools, and daily artists in residence, the Clare Town Hall Art Fair is a must visit over the Gourmet Festival. Please come and support our artists and community.

We have a couple of opportunities for you.

Firstly, Artists 18 years and under are invited to submit up to three pieces to the Clare Art Fair, May 15th-18th.

Following the Fair is the annual Youth Art Prize at Clare ArtHouse.

We have finally come to the last week of our Artist in Residence program.
If you haven’t been in yet this week, you only have a couple of days left to see these amazing artists at work.
In one room we have Alex working on her fibre art and Vivienne creating with clay.
In the other room we have two watercolour artists with very different styles, Lisa and Wendy
