With a population of less than 2,000, this quintessential Queensland country town swells to nearly 40,000 people on the last weekend of July as the Festival transforms the town and highway into a gigantic food, market stall and entertainment hub, all staged between its beautiful heritage listed buildings and leopard tree lined streets.

Gather your walking shoes, tote bags and get the family in the car - today's the day!

We know finding a park can be the biggest hurdle of the day, but this is your friendly reminder to please be mindful of driveways and train tracks.

Cane trains will continue to operate throughout the day. They are quite a sight, but do not stand on the tracks. They cannot stop for you. 🚂
