There is so much more to mural work than painting a wall. Weeks (or months) of planning, client meetings, scaling the image, and getting it onto the wall before even a lick of paint is set down!

But it's all part of very enjoyable process as an artist, and I look forward to even more in the future.

Thank you to the ladies from Sacred Heart Catholic Parish Childers for a lovely morning! Using ceramic paint pens on mugs are really fun!! 🥰🌈🥰

I know I have posted a lot about this mural - but I couldn't not share this one.
UPDATE: There are quite a few LARGE mural projects in the pipeline. I will keep updating with stories and posts as I go. Watch this space!

Childers might be a small town, but it’s got biiiig heart 🧡

Our street library means a lot to us. It was built by our participants at the Men’s Shed after the old one copped a beating from the weather.

The structure was solid, it just needed a bit of life.

The wonderful Lucy Train Portraits came and added her touch, making it colourful and giving it the attention it deserves.

There's nothing better than community supporting community 🎨

It was tricky to take pictures in the early morning sun, it's so hot all year round here with autumn being no exception. I was trying to get all 4 sides to display the transition between each side plus day and night.
