✨ Welcome to the Adult Ballet Centre Faculty, Ellena Nou ✨
We are delighted to welcome Ellena Nou to the Adult Ballet Centre® teaching team.
Ellena brings a wealth of international experience, having trained at prestigious institutions including The Royal Ballet School and English National Ballet School, and performing throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
With a teaching philosophy grounded in classical excellence, thoughtful progression, and genuine care for the adult dancer, Ellena is passionate about helping ABC dancers build strong technique, confidence, artistry, and joy in their training.
Her extensive professional experience and warm, supportive approach make her a wonderful addition to the ABC faculty, and we are excited for our community to learn from her knowledge, experience, and love of ballet.

Three weeks every Wednesday. One intention. Real change.
Our Pirouette Workshop was designed to do one thing well to slow the process down, bring expert eyes onto every dancer, and give space for true understanding to land a clean pirouette.

With two teachers focused on one element of technique, dancers experienced clarity, confidence, and measurable change
in their turns, often for the first time.

This is what happens when you stop rushing
and start training with intention. Thank you to those who were able to join us, Mollie and Alex enjoyed helping you develop your practice more deeply.
