Last week I had the joy of attending a life changing transformational retreat facilitated by the amazing .
It pushed me out of my comfort zone, made me face hard truths, and helped me grow in ways I never imagined.

Following my heart led me to an unforgettable experience surrounded by beautiful, strong, and like-minded women.

What I’ve learned;

It’s okay not to be okay.

Life can hurt, but healing is possible when we nurture our mind, body, and spirit.

I’ve let go of what no longer serves me, and embraced my worth. Boundaries are a form of self-love, and I’m choosing to honor mine. 💪✨

I can't wait to create even more love-filled, soul-nourishing art with this newfound clarity and strength. Stay tuned for what's next!
