Individualised art tutoring for all ages in Castlemaine. Victoria. Artutor is operated by Phil Jopson who has had 25 years’ experience as an artist and educator.

He has taught adults, secondary and primary school students and has run many workshops and classes in a wide range of media. Phil is registered with the Victorian Institute of Teachers which includes a yearly working with children and police check. Phil believes everyone has creative potential which just needs the right environment to flourish. Next month Phil is moving to Castlemaine from his stu

dio near Gardiners Creek Trail. He hopes to continue tutoring in this new environment, keep checking for when they start again
