With Term 4 just around the corner, we'd like to remind parents and guardians of their obligation to enrol and pay for their children before term commencement. It's part of our insurance and duty of care responsibility that all students on site are registered for the term.

We've had a few students show up unexpectedly in recent terms, and it leads to some tricky situations and class overcrowding. If you'd like to discuss payment options, please email the studio directly.

Failure to enrol will result in students forfeiting their class spot - unenrolled students who attend classes will have their parent or guardian contacted to collect them as they are not covered by our insurance.

So, to ensure a smooth experience in Term 4, please inform us of your student's attendance plans so that we can update their emergency contacts and ensure they are fully covered by our insurance. We appreciate your cooperation in making our classes accessible to all!
