Dear Members,
We shall be having a Special General Meeting on the 19th of June 2023 at 1.30 p.m. via Zoom. The purpose of this meeting is to fill vacancies within our team.

The available positions are: - President, Vice President, General Secretary & Club Advisor.
Any interested members are encouraged to attend and nominate themselves for these positions.

To be eligible for any of the positions, members must be Caulfield enrolled undergraduate students as well as members of MMIC.

INSTRUCTIONS

- Doors open at 8:30 p.m. and close at 11 p.m.
- A valid photo ID is required (either your passport or an Australian recognized ID )
- Please ensure you have your barcode/ticket open as we will be scanning that at the entrance.
- MONSU Caulfield, The Shaw Davey and MMIC will not tolerate any inappropriate behaviour and reserve the rights to admission from the venue.
- Stay hydrated and make sure you have a safe way to get back home.
