Sunshine Coast Groove with Stellina GROOVE is a simple, fun dance experience that welcomes every body, every age and every fitness level. You get to dance your heart out - your way!

Unlike traditional dance classes there are no routines to memorise and no pressure to get the moves right. This is not a traditional dance class with a teacher out front: it’s a chance to spend an hour dancing like no one’s watching.

🩰 A dance class says: "Here's the choreography. Let's all learn it."

💃 Zumba says: "Copy me!"

🏋️ Aerobics says: "Keep up!"

✨ GROOVE says: "Here's the move... now make it yours."

That's the biggest difference.

You don't have to copy me. You don't have to look like anyone else. You don't even have to move the same way as the person beside you.

All amazing movement options. None of these are better than the others - they simply offer different experiences.

GROOVE was created for people who want the freedom to move in a way that feels good for their body, while still enjoying the connection and energy of moving together.

We all dance to the same music. We share the same movement idea. But no two people have to look alike.
And that's exactly the point.

You'll see people making movements bigger, smaller, softer or stronger. Some people are playful, others reserved.

And they're all doing it "right."

Because in GROOVE, success isn't about looking like the instructor.

It's about feeling at home in your own body.
