Absolutely no dance or fitness experience necessary. The class has been designed to enable baby wearing. If you do not want to use a carrier or sling (for the full or part of class) you are welcome to bring bub along and hold them or pop on a mat on the floor.

Bounce with Bubs is a dance class especially for parents to socialise, dance and have fun! Choreography has been modified to enable baby wearing (though this is not necessary)

You can also now buy a 5 session Flexi pass for just $48 to use for any 5 sessions in term 1. *attendance must be confirmed 48 hours prior to session*
