Where it all started 42 years ago. I recently went home to Tamworth and visited the Tamworth Conservatorium of music where my musical education began. I studied under the wonderful Jennifer Heaton. She gave me the most wonderful start to my musical career. Performing in eisteddfods, accompanying exam students, performing in the Tamworth youth orchestra , accompanying the Tamworth choral society and my first teaching position at the age of 16. This all inspired me to want to start my own music school with my wonderful husband Nick in 2004. What a wonderful job. I wouldn’t do anything else. ❤️
