Let’s improve our explosive jumps!
This is a fabulous exercise for not only dancers but all athletes that use explosive jumping in their sport.
WHAT YOU NEED 💪🏻
A Theraband
A heavy object or person to hold the tail of your band down.
KEY POINTS 🔑
•When landing from your jump ensure you land evenly on your foot, rolling down through the toes as you land. Your heel should be touching the floor before you take off into a jump again.
• Ensure you are not landing on a straight knee, land in a nice deep plie before jumping again.
• Keep posture upright.
Repeat 2x each leg - start with 10-12 Repetitions
