Our Bunnings BBQ fundraiser is on today at Bunnings Smithfield.

Come and see us between 9am and 4pm for a sausage sandwich, a drink and a chat.

All funds raised will support Podhale, including new costumes for our junior and middle groups and other costs that help keep the group running.

We would love to see you there and truly appreciate every bit of support.

✨ EuroFest Liverpool 2026 ✨

What a fantastic night we had at Eurofest!

A big thank you to Liverpool City Council and everyone involved in organising such a wonderful event. It was a great day celebrating the many cultures that make our community so special, and we were proud to represent Poland through our music and dance.

Congratulations to our junior, middle and senior groups, who all performed beautifully. We loved seeing our dancers on stage and sharing what Podhale is all about with so many people.

A very special thank you, as always, to Henry Igliński for capturing the night so perfectly. We are incredibly lucky to have someone so talented who generously gives his time to preserve these memories for our group. We truly appreciate everything you do.

Thank you to everyone who came along to support us. We had a wonderful day and can't wait to do it all again.

Our next stop is our Bunnings BBQ fundraiser on Saturday 1st August at Bunnings Smithfield. If you're nearby, come and say hello, grab a sausage sandwich and help support Podhale. We'd love to see you there.

But first some backstage photos showcasing how special Podhale really is. Our junior and middle group watching their parents perform after finishing their own wonderful performance.

In real time seeing tradition passing from one generation to the next.

This is growing up in the Podhale family ❤️🇵🇱

We would love to see you and your little ones join the family. Send us a private message for more details.

We have a busy schedule ahead and we'd love to see you!

On Saturday 25th July, Podhale will be performing at Eurofest in Liverpool, joining in the celebrations of the many cultures that make our community so special.

Then on Saturday 1st August, we'll be firing up the BBQ at Bunnings Smithfield for our next fundraiser.

Every sausage sandwich helps support our group by raising funds for new costumes for our junior and middle dancers, as well as helping cover the many costs that keep Podhale going throughout the year.

Whether you come to watch us dance, grab a sausage sandwich, or both, we'd love to see some familiar and new faces. Thank you, as always, for supporting Podhale and helping us keep Polish folk dancing alive for the next generation.

Can you believe we're already at the end of Term 2?

Our last rehearsal for the term is this Friday, and what a fun few months it's been. From performances and plenty of laughs at rehearsals, we've made some great memories together.

These photos take us back to PolArt 2025. A big thank you to Henry Iglinski for putting these collages together using his own photos, along with images by official PolArt photographer Nicholas Madeley. It's a beautiful reminder of the friendships, performances and moments that made the festival so special.

If you've been thinking about giving Polish dancing a go, we'd love to welcome you in Term 3.

Send us a message if you'd like to join us. We'd love to have you on the dance floor.

✨ Performance ✨

On Sunday, our junior and middle groups took to the stage for the Boże Ciało celebrations, and once again they reminded us why we love what we do.

The whole day was beautifully organised and brought us a touch of Poland. Thank you to everyone involved in bringing this day together. We are always honoured to be part of it.

Behind every dance is weeks of practice, plenty of laughter and a lot of determination. Seeing it all come together in front of our community makes us incredibly proud.
To our junior and middle dancers, thank you for bringing so much joy to the stage. You represented Podhale beautifully, and we couldn't stop smiling while watching you.
You are the future of our group, and what a bright future it is.

We also thank our beautiful Henry Iglinski for his ongoing commitment to putting history in pictures. We are truly blessed to have you and are immensely grateful for your work.

A very special congratulations to Aurelia and Zofia on their first performances with Podhale at the Boże Ciało celebrations at Our Lady of Częstochowa Queen of Poland, Marayong on Sunday 7th June.

Stepping onto the stage for the first time is always a big moment, and both girls did a wonderful job.

It was also a special day for their families.

Aurelia now joins her brother Julian in the junior group, while her dad Filip continues the family tradition as a member of our senior group.

Zofia joins her brothers Henryk and Janek in the junior group, with her parents Michał and Abbey both dancing in the senior group.

Congratulations Aurelia and Zofia. We are so happy to have you as part of our Podhale family and we can't wait to watch you continue to grow as dancers.

Happy Dzień Dziecka to all our wonderful Podhale kids!

You bring the laughter to rehearsals, the excitement to performances, and plenty of memorable moments along the way. Watching you grow in confidence, make new friends and proudly dance in costume is one of the most rewarding parts of being in Podhale.

We are so lucky to have such a beautiful group of children who keep our traditions alive while having fun, being themselves and making us smile every week.

To all our Podhale children, we hope your day is filled with fun, laughter, treats and all your favourite things.
