Our names are Marisa and David and we love to create unusual items like these up-cycled suitcase dollhouses.

"Hexen House" a dollhouse collaboration between and . A vintage dollhouse is given a full witchy makeover, complete with hundreds of decorative pieces such as potion bottles (with labels and contents), books, skulls and everything else a Witch might need, and almost all were handmade by Kat herself. We've also made over a doll into a Kat lookalike 💚. A gorgeous miniature that needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. It's on display at Dirty Janes in Fyshwick for the month of Sept.

Our Halloween House, created specifically for this time of year. Decorated with spooky art, a halloween colour scheme and delightful little items. A mix of new, vintage, 3D printed and hand made. Available at in Shop 639 as part of the Beehive Collective.

Our latest Cigar Box Dollhouse. This Oliva cigar box has been turned into an elegant dining room with battery operated lighting. We 3D printed the delicate light shades which cast lovely shadows across the room.

Vermeer in a matchbox. We currently have two of these available at along with a Van Gogh miniature and a couple of coat box/tiny box houses. This is a tiny three dimensional replication of the room in the painting 'The Art of Painting'. Get along and see it in person at AG Gallery in Brooklyn, New York.

A tiny little room you can hold in your hand. 1:48 scale furniture and a 3D printed fireplace decorate this box along with decorative paper and timber picture rail. This room box is currently on display at AG Gallery in Brooklyn New York.

Suitcase Dollhouse! This one is a small blue vintage case, possibly for school, so we've dressed it in kid friendly, colourful furniture, some cute art and a pair of people to live there (and a happy little dog too). On display now and available from Dirty Janes Vintage in Fyshwick.

Shop update: we have gotten ourselves a lovely card stand that allows us to show off all our beautiful artworks on the wall, freeing up surfaces!

You can see beanies, scarves, books and cards by , new original paintings by , lovely handmade Canberran items by and the dollhouses by including the Van Gogh in a matchbox!

The Beehive Collective is made up of members of the Martin Family based in the Canberra region of Australia.

We are all creative in different fields, though we often work together.

Our work is largely hand made and often includes recycled materials.

The collective is named after the home in Bungendore, New South Wales, where our family was based before the children moved closer to Canberra.

The Terrace. A new Suitcase Dollhouse made out of a vintage wooden Suitcase and filled with vintage furniture. We've also added miniature lights that are battery operated. This is available in our new shop at Dirty Janes in Fyshwick in Canberra. We're very excited about being at Dirty Janes, it's a beautiful place to shop or browse and we have several Suitcase Dollhouses and cigar box room boxes in store now.
