WE DID IT!

The Boost Campaign is now officially wrapped.

On AusArt Day 2025 we raised $1075.

In December 2025 I was awarded $500 as part of the and Emerging Artist Award.

With your help during the ACF Boost campaign we raised $1100 which will be matched $ for $, becoming $2200!

$1075 + $500 + $2200 = $3,775 towards our project goal of $10,000!

Thank you to all our donors across both campaigns 🙏🙏🙏

Only $6225 left to raise now so stay tuned for more updates as we work towards a fully-funded access co-design phase!

MEET THE CHARACTERS
The Child

The Child is an expression of pure, unadulterated joy in a world of grown-ups, insecurities and interruptions. They might sing in a way that’s youthful or imperfect, but they are free and unselfconscious. Will they be able to get close to The Singer that they admire so much? Will The Singer find their way back to The Child?

You can find out more about the show at: http://fipeel.com/a-glimmer-of-hope

There are 6 HOURS LEFT on our crowdfunding campaign, which closes midnight tonight, so if you were hoping to donate – or know someone who was – now’s the time to tick it off or share it before it’s too late! A reminder that everything you donate will be matched by the Australian Cultural Fund – so that’s double your donation without you needing to pay a cent more! Help us make the most of this great program so we can make some excellent, accessible, inclusive art.

We’re sitting at just over $1000 and we’d love to get to a sneaky $1500 before we all turn into pumpkins!

Head to: http://fipeel.com/a-glimmer-of-hope to donate or find out more! DONATIONS END TODAY, April 30th!

All donations over $2 are tax deductible.

Always grateful for Country I live, breathe, dream, create, thrive, play, dwell and some days grieve upon. Always was, always will be Aboriginal Land.

MEET THE CHARACTERS
The Academic

Inspired by Fi’s experiences growing up and moving to an area where they were suddenly deemed ‘posh-sounding’, The Academic is a character who leans into that ‘poshness’ to deal with those assumptions. They enjoy the silence and the books and the knowledge, but it inevitably comes out as ‘hoity-toity word salad.’ How will they find a way to relate back to The Artist?

You can find out more about the show at: http://fipeel.com/a-glimmer-of-hope

We’re currently fundraising for a collaborative co-design process with potential audience around what access needs people really have when going to the theatre through the Australian Cultural Fund where we’re on a Boost campaign. This means that donations made before the end of April will be matched by the Australian Cultural Fund, meaning your donation will be doubled – and did we mention all donations over $2 are tax deductible? There’s no better time to begin support Australian arts. Commit to defining a blueprint for new Australian theatre centred around experimentation and access, and make sure that storytelling and theatre remains a space for all today.

MEET THE SINGER

What happens when your experience of singing and your experience of having a voice is shaped entirely by other people? Meet The Singer, a fragment of self who’s been so encumbered by limitations over the course of their life and career, that now all they want is to be bounded and limited because they don’t know anything else.

This experience hit a chord with you? You can find more info about ‘A Glimmer of Hope’ at http://fipeel.com/a-glimmer-of-hope

We’re also currently fundraising for a collaborative co-design process with potential audience around what access needs people really have when going to the theatre through the Australian Cultural Fund, where we’re on a Boost campaign! This means that donations made before the end of April will be matched by the Australian Cultural Fund, meaning any donation will be doubled up to the value of $5000 total - and did we mention all donations over $2 are tax deductible? There’s no better time to begin support Australian arts, so please consider donating or sharing with someone who might love to help us make this show! It’s so important that we are defining a blueprint for new Australian theatre centred around experimentation and access, and you can help make sure that storytelling and theatre remains a space for all today.

MEET THE CHARACTERS!
The Artist

‘A Glimmer of Hope’ features an array of characters, all representing different fragments of self – and particularly, different fragments that make up an artistic process and an artist. What does it mean to call yourself one? What does it mean to make art at all?

This particular artist just wants to conduct a harmonious symphony – both literally, in the art that they make, and figuratively, within themselves. Will they figure out how to do so, with so many other voices to compete with?
