1️⃣. Farquhars Boxing - Farquhars Boxing is a sporting club working hard to send our young athletes to the Golden Gloves Competition, a platform that can truly change lives. They believe that helping young people to engage in boxing can break the devastating cycle of drug addiction, crime, and family breakdown. It can also improve access to education and employment opportunities in marginalised migrant populations and victims of domestic violence. Every donation helps cover their travel and registration costs, making it possible for these kids to compete and find a positive path forward.
2️⃣. Dream Danz Studios - Dream Danz Studios was established 13 years ago and is proudly led by a Gamilaroi woman, born and bred on Ngunnawal Country. Based at the Erindale PCYC, our studio reflects a strong commitment to accessibility, safety, and positive youth development. We are a welcoming space for students of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. We work closely with families from low socio-economic backgrounds to ensure financial barriers do not prevent young people from accessing high-quality dance training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.
3️⃣. The Capital Physical Culture Club - The Capital Physie is a brand new dance club opening in Weston ACT, we are a not-for-profit club that would benefit from the $500 to assist with covering hall hire and build our funds. Physie is a fun and social sport, all ages from 5-100 can join to move their bodies and socialise on a Tuesday night from 4.30pm
