About the Founder, Emily De Margheriti
In 2017 Emily is looking forward to working collaboratively with writer Guy Edmonds and Canberra’s film community in the production of feature films, such as “Elixir” and “Keepers of the Lake”. Emily has enthusiasm for physical theatre, where movement of the body accentuates audience imagination and engagement. She also believes that artistic, comedy and storytelling are essential ingredients to any production.

DEMS Entertainment welcomes the next chapter of our collaboration with AIE Studios, who have just lodged their Development Application for a cutting-edge production facility in Watson. While awaiting formal approval, we’re excited by the project’s progress and the opportunities it will bring when construction begins in 2026. Our first project has already received significant investment from AIE Studios, with the official green light expected in due course as part of our ongoing collaboration.
