🇨🇴❤️ COLOMBIA NEEDS US ❤️🇨🇴

This Sunday, we’re coming together for something very close to my heart.

Funny Fantasy will be at Haig Park Village Markets from 10am to 2pm, raising funds to support people affected in Colombia, particularly those in rural areas and vulnerable communities.

All proceeds will go towards supporting people affected in Colombia through Smurfit Westrock Colombia

Some Sundays become so much more than just an event 💛💙❤️

Celebrating Colombia’s Independence Day in collaboration with Cesar's Café and amazing Colombian businesses in Canberra was one of those unforgettable days.

Children painted in colourful faces, created Colombian clay magnets, coloured illustrations inspired by Colombia and danced to our music. The most beautiful part? It wasn’t just Colombian families who joined us. Families from many different backgrounds came to celebrate too, reminding us that culture is something to be shared and enjoyed together.

As a Colombian mum raising a little girl born here in Australia, these moments mean everything. I hope she grows up proudly embracing both cultures, carrying our language, traditions and heritage with her while calling Australia home.

Seeing Colombian families passing those traditions on to their children, while others discovered them with curiosity and joy, was incredibly special.

Thank you to every family who spent part of their Sunday with us, created beautiful memories and took home a little handmade masterpiece. Thank you for celebrating, creating and connecting with us.

Some clients become a little part of your heart… and Charlie is definitely one of them. 🥹

No matter where you find us, Charlie is always there, excited to get his face painted. His beautiful mum even checks where we’ll be next just to bring him along, and that means more to me than words can say.

Watching him grow over the years has been such a privilege. I’m just making the most of these moments while he still thinks face painting is the coolest thing ever… before one day he becomes too cool for it. 🥹✨

We feel incredibly lucky that families trust us to be part of such intimate, joyful and unforgettable celebrations. It’s so much more than face painting or entertainment. It’s being there for the laughter, the excitement, the birthday wishes, and the moments that become treasured memories, not only for them, but for me too.
