𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟐𝟗 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝗮𝗺

The next Rebel Chorus show will be broadcast on Community Radio 2XX-98.3fm at 10am on Saturday 29 November 2025. The special feature for this week's show is the 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 album of 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐫's performances during his 1964 tour of communist Czechoslovakia, recordings of Seeger live at the ABC Theatre in Prague. The first volume of Seeger recordings from this tour - recorded at the national Czech radio - was aired by the Rebel Chorus on 08nov25.

Huddie Ledbetter aka 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐲 was a big influence for Seeger, and we'll have a short set displaying Lead Belly's great skill playing his big 12 string tex-mex guitar.

This week's playlist also includes tracks by The Jim Lay Band, A J Leonard, and Chloe & Jason Roweth.

Tune in to Community Radio 2XX-98.3fm in Canberra on Saturday 29 November 2025 at 10am for the latest edition of the Rebel Chorus radio show.
