Last month life drawing at The Victoria Bathurst featured TWO MODELS for the very first time - and what gorgeous poses Josh & Ange brought us! Here is but a small selection of some of the amazing creations from the evening 🎨

This month we’ll be back on Tuesday 22nd September for a Spring-themed session on the Little Albert’s stage. Sketching from 6:30pm, but come and settle in from 6pm (with a bevvie and The Vic’s famous chippies 🍟)

It will also be our final sesh in Bathurst for the year (sorry!) while we have a mini travel break in the lead-up to the silly season… so if you’ve been meaning to come along, it’s now or never (or 2027!) 😅

Did you know we run introductory life model workshops?

Hosted by Loz, professional life model and certified trainer and assessor, the workshop takes participants through the fundamentals of working as a life model, safe posing practices, professional expectations, boundaries and consent, all in a safe, supportive, and welcoming space without the pressure of a live art environment 🎨

Participants receive feedback on their individual poses and styles, with the added benefit of being able to see their poses sketched by an artist in attendance ✨

Our final workshops for the year will be 25th October (Newcastle) and 8th November (Canberra). Head to the ‘New Models’ tab on our website for more information! 👀

Hey Brunswick! 👋

The Tipsy Sketching Club returns to the East Brunswick Hotel for a Spring-themed Sunday sketching sesh this month! If you’ve been on the fence about bringing along some colour, this is definitely the session to do it! 💐

Join us Sunday 20th September for what will be our last session in Melbourne for the year while we tone down some of the travelling. So, if you’ve been meaning to get to one of our events, this is your last chance before 2027 😮

Earlier in the week we filled The Shed at Archive Wine Bar | Geelong with creativity and community, and what a lovely evening it was 🥰
