It’s TODAY!

Our first show in Newcastle and we are excited!

So it’s time to introduce our highly capable (it says so on her CV) first assistant and switch MC if anything should happen to me- LIZ LEA!

is First Assistant on this cabaret flight to absolutely nowhere. Liz is an award winning dance artist, choreographer, and producer. Over three decades she has toured her work internationally and been commissioned in India, UK, Europe, Australia, South Africa, Singapore, USA and Kuwait. She now works across Australia and Asia and directs an inclusive dance company.

Liz toured her seminal one woman show RED over five years across Australia and the UK and she is currently developing her new one woman show Diamond which explores issues of female power and identity.

Her career began as a showgirl in Sydney and Japan and she longs for those good old and relatively quieter days.

And damn we are excited to have her.

Performer announcement: it’s Rose Skylark!

is a cabaret and burlesque performer currently based in Naarm-Melbourne. She has
hosted and performed in cabarets in Sydney at The Newsagency, Low 302 and Sydney Fringe, and
shown her face at local gigs including Burlesque in Hand and Red Light Confidential many times. In
a past life, she performed with the Seven Sopranos, in Sydney, Singapore, Dubai and regional NSW
and Victoria, and occasionally flirted with Operetta and Opera, singing a handful of G and S roles
with community theatre groups, and in the chorus for Pacific Opera (Sydney) and Dorset Opera (UK).
Rose also has a Bachelor of Creative Arts, and a couple of research degrees. She enjoys classical
music, gin martinis and gluten free baked goods.
