Thanks to Maton Guitars for sending me a bridge for this acoustic beauty. I removed the broken bridge and put in the new one. I used the old bridge as a support from the inside and secured it with guitar strings and clamps. I think it is pretty tight and will help the hide glue to harden in about 24 hours.

This was an entertaining job as I needed to build a jig as well as protective cardboard during the heating process.

This Mexican butterscotch Tele got a fret levelling, crowning and intonation. Really nice instrument.

Mexican Fenders usually require a good setup for a nice playability.

A Mexican Fender on the bench. I like these guitars and I believe with a good setup it will surpass the Japan versions. My only problem is the output jack. Very cheap jack used on this one, needed a replacement.
