Congratulations to our Youths for Ride the Cyclone who were behind the scenes.
Krys Pendrich is co-founder of Youth Cabaret and the brains behind the production. Producing, Co directing, and co choreographers Playing Jane Doe, for the production at the age of 17 they have a bright future in theatre ahead of them.
Graduate of accredited acting ll certificate from Hand across Australia AKA previously Perform Australia, and trained in classical and musical theatre vocally, Krys will be heavily involved in future projects!

Oscar Crowly is the tech wizard behind Youth Caberets growth and was hands on to help the production crew be successful in creating the amazing show, also playing the Role of Ricky Potts. Having run 2 previous showcases with lighting and sound Oscar has an extensive knowledge of Theatrical and event sound and lighting. Currently working with Elite productions Oscar has a bright future ahead!

Allura Jane Haunting
Stepped into the lead role of Ocean O'Connor Rosenberg with enthusiasm that was contagious! They brought a irreplaceable energy to the show and had a heavy hand in choreography and direction having loved the musical for years. They have proven themselves to be an amazing strength on stage as an actor singer and behind the scenes watch out for them in future projects!!

These AMAZING group of youths have wowed Canberra with a sellout run of Ride the Cyclone at Smith's Alternative
I could not be prouder of you all!. The combined efforts of a team of over 20 amazing Youths and adults have shown what Youth Cabaret is made of, the most skilled talented enthusiastic and entertaining nurodiverse people I've had the privilege to work with and hope to work more with in the future!
Special thanks to Helen Musa and City News for your support also!

Keep your eye out for our next project ......I'm sure there will be ....in 2026 sometime! Thankyou Canberra for your support! See you all again then.

Right in the flavour of the month of Halloween the cult musical Ride the Cyclone has 2 shows left to experience the dark comedy aftermath of 6 Saint Cassian Chamber choir members, who rode the Cyclone roller-coaster and find themselves in the afterlife after a terrible accident.
Having a sing off, with an ominous fortune telling machiene as narrator, to see who will have a second chance at living again, this show promises laughs, great music, and story!
