Creature Preacher is a cabaret showcase of the strange and unusual artists of drag, burlesque, anything experimental and don't neatly fall into any categories.

Celestial, Fey and Infernal - Star Gayze .gayze (they/them) is your genderpunk drag creature of the night serving you celestial body-ody-ody-ody-ody. They grace the stage with surprises and known for seducing the crowd. They are a shape shifter crawling with camp and glamour.

They are the ghostly host and witch supreme of Creature Preacher, a non-binary cabaret collective. Their mission is to bring a spotlight on gender-diverse performance artists and create a dedicated space where non-binary folks and their loved ones can come together and celebrate the freedom of q***r expression. In particular, They wanted a space for drag artists to not feel like they have to feel confined to drag king or drag queen expression - Let us be monsters, fairies, elves, demons, and everything we wanna be!

Up and coming Australian-born Lao singer songwriter Jack Thepsourinthone (they/them) brings into life the expansive stories and emotions which pour out from their mindscape. Born in the South West suburbs of Sydney, Jack Thepsourinthone is described as Lana Del Rey on bath salts. Drawing inspiration from various genres—including indie pop, pop punk, and emo—Jack Thepsourinthone creates emo-pop tunes that defy genre. Combining honest lyrics with catchy guitar melodies and rhythms, Thepsourinthone captures distinct memories and feelings from their life and presents them as glamourised tunes.

Kalopazia is a drag artist that plays with their artistic vision with prosody and perspective. Using elements from the seen and the unseen world, Kalopazia offers an intimate spectacle of what some would call folie à deux with the zeitgeist of the times and the spirit of the depths. Like a cicada she spends much time underground preparing to take flight, but when she does, she’s loud, beautiful and annoying!
