Intro to Inverts - Ready to turn your world upside down? This class is perfect for late beginners and early intermediates who are ready to conquer their first inverts or make them stronger and more controlled. We’ll break down the technique, build the strength and confidence you need, and work through targeted conditioning and drills to help you invert safely and with ease. Upside down starts here!
