Good morning Angels.
Classes for Autumn begin on
Sunday 1st May
12 pm and 2 pm.
A splendid Sunday drive through the Coal River Valley with a spot of pole dancing, a glass of champagne at Frogmore, yummy coffee and chocolates next door

Hoping for a nice sunny day so we can hula hoop outside. I may put up the stage pole in the garden as well hmmm? Bring a friend, something to drink, maybe a schnackle too.
Oh what fun we will have the day we go pole dancing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
