What makes out studio P.O.P is that we're Positive in our attitude, outlook and vibe; we're Original, quirky and fun; and we're Progressive so we're always working on improving what we do! It is our aim and intent that your child has a wonderful experience in our class as well as the opportunity to find joy in dance. By participating in our classes we believe your child will grow in confidence, discipline, self-esteem, coordination, musicality and rhythm whilst having a fabulous time, in a safe environment. The Australian Teachers of Dancing syllabus is used at Dance Energy where examinations are offered but not compulsory. Our Acrobatics program is also taught by qualified Acrobatique teachers. The studio location offers excellent off street parking and back street parking (entrance to studio is via Majola Avenue). Located within a minutes walk of the beach and boardwalk... why not relax with a coffee while your little or big one enjoys learning the art of dance.

✨ Starting as a young dancer at Dance Energy at just 7 years old, Miss Emily has grown into an inspiring and dedicated teacher, now in her third year of sharing her passion with the next generation.

💙 In 2026, Miss Emily is teaching across our studio and school locations, bringing her energy and expertise to every class ⚡

Her versatility shines through a wide range of styles including jazz, hip hop, lyrical, acro, and ballet, as well as nurturing our Petite Performers with care and creativity 🎀✨🩰

We’re so grateful to have Elaura as part of the Dance Energy team. From teaching our Mini and Junior dancers to supporting families as a studio host, she brings warmth, enthusiasm and care to everything she does.

Elaura was once a student at DES herself, and it’s been so special to see her grow into such a wonderful role model for our younger dancers.

Term 1 is flying by ! ⚡️💙🚀

As we head into Week 7 it’s been fantastic seeing our dancers across all locations building skills, forming friendships and bringing so much energy to every class⚡️

From our minis to our senior students, the studios have been filled with learning, laughter and great progress 💙

This free event is open to Dance Energy students only, and dancers are welcome to attend either location.
