At the heart of The Honey Snatchers are Pat Nicholson and Brenton "Woody" Woodman, whose infectious chemistry drives the band's signature blend of blues.
Woody's soulful harmonica playing combines traditional blues roots with contemporary styles, delivering expressive melodies and electrifying performances. His work with a wide range of artists has established him as one of the scene's most engaging and respected harmonica players.
After a whirlwind journey that has seen him call the UK, Australia, and Canada home, Pat has now settled on the Sunshine Coast.
Drawing inspiration from blues, country and soul, Pat crafts songs that explore love, loss, and the moments in between, bringing an authentic and distinctive voice to today's musical landscape.
Throughout his career, Pat has embraced an ever-evolving lineup of musicians, drawing on the wealth of talent surrounding him. Over the years, he has shared the stage with an outstanding collection of UK-based musicians whose credits include performances alongside legendary artists such as Dr. John, Glen Hughes, Jeff Beck, Joe Bonamassa, John Lee Ho**er, Joss Stone, Little Walter, Massive Attack, Percy Sledge, Peter Gabriel, Portishead, Radiohead, Robert Plant, Roni Size, Siouxsie Sioux, The Happy Mondays, and Tom Jones.
"I like everything about it, the songwriting, originality, soulful singing and playing"
