What a way to close out Cairns Festival! 🌴🎶
Cairns’ own Miss Tee Ketu Band hit the Esplanade Main Stage for the final night of Cairns Festival 2026, bringing a huge live sound packed with funk, soul, reggae, jazz and tropical grooves.

Fronted by the powerhouse Te Iria “Miss Tee” Ketu, this dynamic 8-piece showed exactly why Far North Queensland’s live music scene deserves a big stage. Powerful vocals, killer musicianship, original music and serious energy from start to finish. 🔥

A massive night celebrating local music, following The Next Wave Showcase, presented by Enter Stage Right and featuring some of the region’s next generation of original artists.
