A women's centred festival, made by women FOR women!

As a women's embodiment facilitator, advocate and space holder ~ it's dedicated spaces like these that light me up 🔥 I've had the pleasure of attending and offering 1:1 healing services as well as a collab fire dancing performance in the past...

It feels extra exciting to be returning once again to share the latest version of my creatress self in a way that gets people MOVING 💃💯

Shaking things up a bit to try a new style for a morning movement practice: think rise and shine with a relaxed but inspiring kind of flow 🌞

This happens in my creative process, in preparation
This happens in the witnessing of each dancer, receiving and responding to what I'm putting out there
This happens in the live field, as we move through the waves together
This happens in the post ecstatic high & integration, as I deepen my craft and expand my range

Her professional trainings in Women's Embodiment Psychotherapy Coaching, Female Embodiment Yoga, and Diploma of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy have only deepened the felt sense experience of every tempo, rhythms & beat she chooses to share.

Her sets reflect the full range of expression and self sourced permission she invites you into. Letting go into the feeling and authentic rawness of each moment.

I discovered Ecstatic Dance only 3 years ago when I first arrived in Cairns

I was fresh into building a new chapter for myself and didn't know anyone... It felt so edgy to go on my own, but I felt an undeniable pull

Trying new things can feel risky and vulnerable
& I definitely felt clunky and awkward.... But as I tuned into my body and let the music guide me:
I felt totally liberated ❤️‍🔥

From my first dance, I was hooked!

I joined the volunteer squad and attended every dance I could. This eventually led to becoming one of the event managers and an organic evolution into facilitating and DJing

As a long time embodiment yogi & flow artist, this dedicated dancefloor has been the key to unlocking deep levels of integration and authentic expression 💥
