Come on down to the Tanks Markets today and say hi! There’s lots of great food available and plenty of vendors with hand-made crafts, including me!

Good lovely afternoon! as you may have seen by our previous posts, we held a successful 2-day Professional Self-Care workshop over this past weekend, where everyone who attended worked on creating a beautiful mixed-media on canvas.

There was much fun and laughter had by everyone, myself included, and also many moments of quiet, contemplative silence, which was a joy to be a part of.
