IMPORTANT NOTICE – PARKING & CAMPING INFORMATION

As we are sharing the grounds with the Show, and with a Barrel Race scheduled for the following Sunday, please ensure you follow the designated parking layout.

Camping & Parking Zones
- Competitor camping with horses:
Please stay within the RED area. When setting up yards, be mindful to leave adequate space for other competitors.

- Competitors (day use / in and out, including floats):
Please use the YELLOW area only.

- Swag campers only (non-competitors):
Please set up in the PURPLE area.

- BLUE area (RESTRICTED PARKING):
This area is strictly off-limits unless you have prior approval. Anyone parked here without permission will be asked to move.

Failure to follow the above parking arrangements may result in being asked to relocate after you have already set up, which we want to avoid for everyone’s convenience.

🎆 Friday Night Notice

If you are camping with horses or stock on the Friday night prior, please be aware that fireworks will be taking place.
