Heritage Country Choir We are a a community choir, who are an active, committed and enthusiastic group of singers. We are an inclusive choir. No auditions required.

The Heritage Country Choir are a community choir who are an active, committed and enthusiastic group of singers. As non-profit community based choir we aim to provide members the fun of singing in four-part harmony, to improve their singing and develop musical skills and foster a stronger community through the love of music. We rehearse at the Briggs Park Pavillion (Byford Cricket Club), Mead Stre

et, Byford. Wednesday evenings
7.30 - 9pm

We perform at numerous community events throughout the year, including community markets, public holiday events and our annual concert. Performances are not compulsory, but members are encouraged to attend. We boast a qualified choir director and a professional pianist, rehearsing weekly in Byford. Our repertoire includes Musicals, Rock, Jazz, Pop, Classics, theatre, gospel and folk – something for everyone. Musical knowledge is beneficial but not essential – you just have to love singing!

What an amazing afternoon at our annual concert raising money for Crisis Care in Byford, we had practically a full house. A big thank you to CWA of Bedfordale ladies who did an amazing job organising the food and afternoon tea and coffee.
Thank you to all of our volunteers that help make our concert a success.
A big pat on the back for all our singers who worked so very hard with the guidance and encouragement of our amazing choir director Jerri 😊

Last night we welcomed some new faces to our Have a Go at Singing in the Heritage Country Choir, lots of fun was had as we discover the joy that comes in singing and harmonizing in a choir. If you missed out do not despair, we will be running another one later in the year. Alternatively just come along any Wednesday night for 7:30pm start - 9pm finish Briggs Park Pavilion.
