Through the world of dance, I’ve made more genuine, long-lasting friendships than anywhere else. From Salsa to Zumba to Afro — dance has brought some truly beautiful people into my life. ✨

It’s so much more than just dancing… it’s the connections, the laughs, the memories and the people you meet along the way. 🫶🏽

🚨 Important Update 🚨

We’re so sorry, everyone! Unfortunately, our venue has been double-booked by the school, and we’ve just received a phone call letting us know that we’re unable to use the gym for tonight’s class.

We know this is disappointing—we were so excited to dance with you all and even had some brand new tracks ready to share! 💃🎶

Classes will be back as normal next week, and we can’t wait to see you then.

Please help us spread the word to anyone who may not see this post.

Thank you so much for your understanding, and once again, our sincerest apologies for the last-minute cancellation. ❤️

All welcomed through our doors! Meet us at the spot every Tuesday for Rise Dance Fitness session. Class starts at 6:15pm. No booking required just turn up 5-10 minutes before and don’t forget your bottle of water! We gonna sweat!😅
