The Par3 Busselton is on the hunt for a switched-on Café & Bar Supervisor to join our team!

Location: 1 Spinifex Court, Busselton WA Hours: Casual role — flexible hours. Lead from the front in a fun, fast-paced venue

What you'll be doing:

Running smooth daily café & bar service
Supervising and supporting our crew
Keeping stock, presentation & standards on point
Upholding RSA, food safety & licensing practices
What we're after:

MLP1 (Approved Manager) qualification
Solid barista & bar skills (beer, wine, spirits & sparkling)
Great communication & customer service
A positive, can-do attitude
