Tucked away on a private farm just 10 minutes from Busselton, Sabina is a one-of-a-kind wedding and events venue—designed and hand-built by the property owners using reclaimed materials sourced from across WA.

Our main lawn is made for ceremonies.

Long aisle moments, lakeside views, and enough room for all your favourite people to watch it happen.

One of our favourite parts? Watching the space go from setup mode to “holy sh*t, we’re getting married.”

If an outdoor ceremony is on your wishlist, we’d love to show you around the farm.

When we say parts of Sabina were built by hand, we mean it.

These cocktail tables started life in the workshop before finding their way onto the lawn, the deck and plenty of wedding celebrations.

Built by Matt, and powered by equal parts determination and the occasional Emu Export.

They’re just one of the many little details around the farm that have a story behind them.

And now they’re doing exactly what they were made for, holding drinks, gathering guests and helping kick off a good old party.

One of the questions we get asked a lot is, “How much styling do we need?”

The answer? As much or as little as you’d like.

The lawns, established gardens, stonework, lake views and open spaces are all part of what makes the farm feel like the farm. They’re here every day, quietly doing their thing in the background of hundreds of photos and memories.

We love a big styling moment as much as the next person, but there’s something pretty special about a venue that already stands on its own.

Come and have a wander. We’d love to show you around.

We’ve seen plenty of guest books over the years, but this one definitely caught our attention.

Instead of signing a traditional book, guests wrote messages on individual playing cards, creating a keepsake full of memories, advice, inside jokes and well wishes.

It’s personal, a little unexpected, and something you’ll actually want to pull out and look through years down the track.

There’s no right way to do a guest book, but we love seeing couples find creative ways to make the day feel uniquely theirs.

Pro tip: leave a few prompts on the tables if you’d like to help guests get started.

The flowers are in place. The chairs are lined up. The glasses are ready to go.

While you’re getting ready with your favourite people, we’re making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be.

It’s one of our favourite parts of the day, watching all the little details come together before guests arrive and the celebrations begin.

The final touches might seem small, but they’re all part of creating a day that feels effortless from start to finish.

Little wedding tip we absolutely love.

Take a Polaroid during the day and pop it on your cake as the topper.

Such a simple touch, but it makes everything feel even more personal, like a tiny snapshot of the love right after the ceremony.

We’re big fans of details that feel meaningful without overcomplicating things.

Planning a wedding and feeling like you’re forgetting something?
Check out these few little things that sometimes aren’t thought about.

It’s usually not the big, obvious things, t’s the behind-the-scenes stuff that no one really talks about

Like what happens if the weather turns
How drinks and food actually flow across the day
Whether your guests know where to go (without asking 10 times)
And if you’ll disappear for photos instead of being part of the party

None of it sounds exciting, but it’s what makes the difference between a day that feels easy and one that feels a bit clunky

At Sabina, this is the stuff we’ve already thought through
So you’re not figuring it out on the fly

There’s no one way to do your day, but having the right setup helps it all fall into place.

Soft layers, flowing fabric, gathered details, linen textures, we’re very into it lately.

It adds warmth and movement to a space without feeling too polished or overdone, relaxed, thoughtful styling that still makes a big impact.

Whether it’s ceiling draping, textured table details, or fabric catching the afternoon light, it brings such a beautiful softness to a wedding day.

Our lawns are made for pictures.

And bridal parties running around, hyping each other up, sneaking drinks between photos, and creating the kind of memories that feel just as good as they look.

Booking your wedding venue is one thing, figuring out what happens after that is a whole different story.

Lucky for you, we genuinely love the planning side of weddings around here.

Run sheets? Yep.
Floorplans? Absolutely.
Vendor recommendations? You bet.
Helpful guides, timelines, random wedding questions you think of at 9pm? We’ve got you.

No gatekeeping. No “figure it out yourself” energy. Just real support from people who want your day to feel relaxed, personal, and very you.
