Bundalong Rodeo

Due to the time of year, the warmer weather and the huge number of competitors we've been seeing at our rodeos, we're doing things a little differently this December.

As announced yesterday, the Bundalong Rodeo will now run across TWO DAYS to help ensure a smoother event for competitors, spectators and our crew. We will also be starting later in the day to avoid some of that harsh midday heat.

MONDAY 28TH DECEMBER – MAIN RODEO DAY
This is the big one! All the major rodeo action, feature events, entertainment, vendors, rides, bars, and of course the official after party will take place on the 28th. Artist announcement coming soon!!!!

TUESDAY 29TH DECEMBER – DAY 2
Day 2 will feature additional rodeo runs for competitors, giving us the opportunity to accommodate all our entries and keep the event running smoothly. Our bars, food vendors, rides, and kids' activities will still be operating. LIMITED after party back at the Tavern. (MAX LIMIT 1000pl)

The 28th remains the MAIN DAY of the event, but we're excited to offer a second day for those wanting to come back for round two, enjoy more rodeo action and experience the event with a little more room to move.

We can't wait to see you in the arena this December! 🤠

In recognition of the ongoing dedication of our emergency services, who protect and support our community every day and in light of the recent fires, we are proud to offer free entry to our Rodeo on Sunday, 25th January for all local firefighters, SES, police officers, and ambulance personnel.

We invite you to wear your service uniform, as we will be paying tribute to your dedication during our Grand Parade. We would be honoured to have you enter the main arena so we can publicly acknowledge and thank you for your unwavering service in keeping our community safe.

It’s the Australian cowboy way of saying thank you 🤠

If you are attending the Bundalong Rodeo on 27 Dec, We strongly encourage everyone to read the below documentation regarding important information about the event.

Some key things to note;

NO PASS OUTS
Due to liquor control regulations, pass outs are not permitted.

RODEO EVENT GATES
OPEN: 1:00 PM
CLOSE: 8:00 PM
No entry permitted after 8:00 PM.

CAMPING GATES
OPEN: 12:00 PM
CLOSE: 5:00 PM
You must be parked inside the camping grounds before 5:00 PM. No movement of cars after 5pm.

ID REQUIREMENTS
No ID = No Service.
Please ensure you bring valid photo identification with you.

NO BYO food or drinks
Bag checks will be conducted on entry
Patrons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
