If you have ever watched a toddler respond to somebody playing music around them they instantly instinctively begin to move. Their bodies free from adult fears and insecurities begins to move in time with the music. This our core belief at Inspired Dance, when you let those fears fall down around you the dancer in you is able to rise up like a Phoenix from the ashes of your former self. At Inspired Dance our mission is not to teach you a technique and dance moves, but to inspire you with different styles of dance and provide an environment where the dancer within you is able to be nurtured, guided and inspired to create, choreograph and preform a dance that comes from within. The purpose of these classes are for you to connect with the dancer within and let go of those fears and insecurities so you can bring the true spirit of dance to the dance floor.
