A very disappointing situation for our small business.
On Saturday , we hosted an 8th birthday party with one of our premium packages,
including:
the party experience,
Birthday cake ordered
slushies and
hair accessories.
The girls had an amazing time — but unfortunately, the parent left without paying a substantial outstanding bill.
We have since emailed, called and texted numerous times, giving every opportunity to resolve this matter
Correspondence was fine beforehand
This is not an simple oversight.
Made an excuse to go to the car carrying the cake
We paid for
Then drove off
We work incredibly hard to create special experiences for children, and we expect our customers to honour their bookings and their payments.
This is simply not okay.
P.S you left your laptop behind in your hurry to get to your car !
We'd love to return it to you
It's hard enough as it is , this is not OK !!
