Also on the program will be the Oriana Choir and the Sunshine Coast Youth Choir.

We visited Buderim Private Hospital to take part in their annual Anzac Day ceremony, which we do every year. We sang Abide With Me as well as the Australian and New Zealand anthems.
At our weekly rehearsals we're polishing up on "songs of the sea" for our September concert, with a new one being added by our Musical Director, Stuart Hill, each week.

We performed a concert at Immanuel Gardens Retirement Village to commemorate St George's Day (April 23rd). St George is the patron Saint of England. We had a large enthusiastic audience, the accoustics were excellent and we sang a variety of popular English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish songs, finishing up with a couple of Australian favourites.

We performed our first concert for the year yesterday at Immanuel Gardens Retirement Village to commemorate St George's Day (April 23rd). St George is the patron saint of England and the hall was festooned with Union Jacks. The venue was a little cramped but we had a large enthusiastic audience and the accoustics were excellent.
