With the support of Magabala Books, the Broome Public Library and members of the community interested in storytelling and the written word, a grass-roots festival was born. An amazing weekend of literary events became the first chapter in the evolving Corrugated Lines story. The Corrugated Lines Festival celebrates Broome and the wider region’s wealth of talent in published authors, illustrators a

nd storytellers and showcases a stellar line-up of visiting literary guests. It is an inspirational event for both local lovers of words and visitors to the town who enjoy Kimberley stories and sharing a few tales of their own. New chapters in the Corrugated Lines Festival story are added each year.
