Stompem Ground was previously held in 1992, 1998, 2000 and 2002 with major artists like Midnight Oil, Yothu Yindi, Warumpi Band, Kev Carmody, Coloured Stone, Mixed Relations, Archie Roach & Ruby Hunter, Nokturnl and Broome locals The Pigram Brothers.
